You've spent your life learning how to navigate pressure, power, and harm in every room you walk into. That mastery made you successful. It also made you guarded with the people you love most.
I help BIPOC individuals and couples stop defaulting to survival mode at home so the people who matter get the real you, not the leftover you.
That I will ask more of you than you are used to being asked, and that you will not be doing it alone.
WORK WITH ME
Couples come here, often multiracial or LGBTQIA+, when intimacy has gone quiet and every exchange starts to feel managed. Black and Indigenous women, femmes, and non-binary clients come when the performance has become the whole personality and they want to know who is underneath it. Organizations and groups come when they want a community space that practices equity rather than describing it. Whichever door you came through, the grounding is the same. We trace how racial history shaped your relational patterns, because what taught you to survive also taught you how to love, argue, and go quiet. Then we build language you can use in the conversation you have been avoiding, and I hold you to using it.
