I help BIPOC individuals and couples stop defaulting to survival mode at home so the people who matter get the real you, not the leftover you.
That I will ask more of you than you are used to being asked, and that you will not be doing it alone.

Softness is not what survival trained us for, which is exactly why practicing it is the bravest work we do.

Couples come here, often multiracial or LGBTQIA+, when intimacy has gone quiet and every exchange starts to feel managed.
