I believe in the power of bringing folks into consciousness, exploring our histories, healing disconnection and unhealthy communication, and transforming our lives.

I teach folks how to center their race and social identities, slow down their minds, and be intentional with their bodies in every conversation.

I help BIPOC cis and trans women, femme, non-binary, genderqueer & gender-free folk, multicultural couples, family, friends, and peers connect their minds & bodies, honor their transgenerational stories, and live consciously in their intersectional identities.
